Terms of Service

1. These terms

These terms govern the use of Unicore ERP, provided by Эхлэл Холдинг ХХК (registration no. 6442323, Монгол улс, Улаанбаатар хот, Сүхбаатар дүүрэг, 1-р хороо, Алтай бьюлдинг, 3/302 тоот). By using the system you accept them.

The system is licensed to businesses, not to individuals. Where a company subscribes, that company is the customer and is responsible for the people it gives access to.

2. Accounts and access

• Accounts are created by the customer's administrator. Credentials must not be shared.
• The customer decides who may see which data, using the roles built into the system.
• You must tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

3. Connecting Facebook and Instagram

A customer may connect its own Facebook Page or Instagram professional account so staff can answer customer messages from within the system. By connecting, the customer confirms that:

• it owns or is authorised to manage that Page or account;
• it will use the messaging features only to communicate with people who contacted it first;
• it will not send unsolicited or bulk promotional messages;
• it will comply with Meta's Platform Terms and messaging policies.

Meta may restrict or withdraw access to its messaging platform at any time. If that happens the feature stops working, and we are not liable for the interruption.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Unicore ERP to break the law, to store or send unlawful content, to attempt to reach another company's data, to probe or overload the system, or to resell access without our written agreement.

We may suspend access where we have good reason to believe these rules are being broken, and will tell the customer why.

5. Your data

The customer owns the data it puts into the system. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use customer data to train models or for our own commercial purposes.

On termination the customer may request an export. Data is deleted within 90 days of termination unless the law requires longer retention.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the system available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Features that depend on third parties — Meta messaging, banking integrations, payment providers — may be affected by those parties.

7. Liability

The system is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by Mongolian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost data, arising from use of the system. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes, law, contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Material changes are announced in the system before they take effect. These terms are governed by the law of Mongolia, and disputes are settled in the courts of Mongolia.
