How to have your data deleted

You can ask us to delete the personal data Unicore ERP holds about you. This page explains how, and what happens next.

If you messaged a business on Messenger or Instagram

Send an email to info@ehlel.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and include:

• the name of the Facebook Page or Instagram account you wrote to;
• the name shown on your Facebook or Instagram profile;
• roughly when you sent the messages.

We use these details only to find the right conversation. We will confirm your identity through the same messaging account you used, so that nobody else can request deletion on your behalf.

If you use the system as an employee

Your employer controls your records. Contact your HR department or system administrator first. If they cannot help, write to us at info@ehlel.com and we will pass the request on.

Some records — payroll, tax, and employment history — must be retained for periods set by Mongolian law. We will tell you which ones and for how long.

What we delete and when

Deletion is permanent — we cannot restore a conversation afterwards.

If we cannot delete something because the law requires us to keep it, we will tell you exactly what is retained, why, and for how long.

Removing the connection entirely

If you are a business using Unicore ERP and want to disconnect your Facebook Page, open Social settings in the system and remove the Page. You can also revoke access from Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations. Once revoked we stop receiving new messages immediately; existing records are deleted on request.

Contact
